Bmw x1

Bmw x1
The new BMW X1 mustiness be a very important car for BMW as for the first time ever with BMW press packs, I was having trouble handling the amount of photos they released! They released over 150 photos of a brown and a white X1 and the total file sizing for the hi-res pix was over 1,5GB, which I had to download then resize down to about 150MB before uploading. The X1 measures 4454mm in length, 1798mm wide (2006mm with mirrors included), and 1545mm tall with a 2760mm wheelbase. In comparison, the X3 measures 4570mm long, with a 2795mm wheelbase. So it’s definitely a littler vehicle, but the wheelbase is quite similiar to the current E90 sedan. As you can see the European range is mostly diesel-centric, with the sole petrol engine being the 3.0 liter inline-6, tuned to make 258 horses, hence the “28i” rating instead of “30i” which usually puts out about 272 horses in their latest incarnations. The rest are diesel, and ditching the weight and losses of xDrive reduces fuel consumption by about 0.1L per 100km with the 20d and 18d models. All manual models come with auto start-stop and a gearshift indicator. The interior features a 40:20:40 split backrest astatine the rear which can extend the 420 liter cargo area up to 490 liters if you set the back angle to something more vertical, or if you just drop them down, storage goes up to 1,350 liters. The rest of the interior is a typical BMW and you don’t get some of the more modern interior bits such as the shift by wire gear knob and the Black Panel multi-info LCD, but you do get the new hard disk based iDrive system.

Motivated by the response that his BMW X9 Concept received on the net earlier this year, Tunisian designer Khalfi Oussama has come up with another car concept with a large front to pack a powerful system. Hailed as “BMW Flash,” the sports car can have any of the V8, V10 or V12 engines according to the power requirement of the rider. Inspired by the BMW M6, the sporty exterior of the concept vehicle is equally complemented by the rich and lustrous interior that promises to commute the rider in utmost comfort.

Honda civic 2011

Honda civic 2011
The 2011 Honda Civic is returning to the market basically unchanged from the 2010 model. However, there were no significant changes the needed to be made because the Honda Civic is considered the one car that other manufacturers are trying to compete with since it offers such good engineering and reliability for consumers. The styling of the 2011 Honda Civic keeps with the artsy design that Honda has implemented on past Civic models, they kept with the nose and tail end changes that they implemented on new Civics starting in 2009. The Civic also sports a severely raked-back windshield which helps give the Honda Civic more aerodynamics. What is so notable about the styling of the Civic is that it has many of those classy touches that Honda uses on its more upscale brand Acura, meaning that you are getting a great deal on a car that is well worth the price.
                                   Honda civic 2011
The mechanics of the 2011 Honda Civic keeps with what earlier models have used, except there are less 2011 Honda Civics that will have a manual transmission. The models DX, LX, and the upscale EX lines will offer the typical 1.8 liter engine with 140 horsepower and will offer a 128 pound of torque per foot. The Honda Civil EX-L sedans, EX sedans and EX-L coupe are only going to be available in automatic transmissions, which are a change from the previous model year. The sportier 2011 Honda Civics, the Si coupe and sedan will have 2.0 liter engines, slightly bigger than other models that will offer 197 horsepower and 139 pound-feet of torque. Plus, they had the exclusive six speed manual transmission that is able to give drivers to get the full race car feel with half the price of other cars that are designed for this specific reason.

The 2011 Honda Civic also offers the Hybrid option that many people will once again take advantage of because of the benefits to the environment as well as their wallet. The hybrid will come as a sedan only that has a 1.3 liter gas engine accompanied by an electric motor. The electric motor will be able to take you short distances, however, is more or less there to help the main gas engine to save more gas.

What changes can people expect with the price of Honda for the new 2011 models? The price difference is not much really, a low $150 will be the difference between a 2010 Honda Civic and a 2011 Honda Civic. However, the cost of the 2011 Honda Civic will really depend on the dealer and the consumer's negotiation skills in the end.
                                   Honda civic 2011
What is most notable about the changes to the 2011 Honda Civic models is that the newer models have lost some fuel mileage when compared to the 2010 Honda Civics. It is estimated that the 2011 Honda Civic will get around 40 city miles per gallon, while getting 43 interstate miles per gallon. Te 2010 models offer 40 miles per gallon when traveling in city traffic, while the interstate miles per gallon were around 45.
                                  Honda civic 2011
Every 2011 Civic will come equipped with anti-lock brakes, a tilt steering wheel, adjustable drivers seat and power windows. However, to get those features such as heated and/or leather seats, alloy wheels, ability to have navigation on board and other extras will have to step up from the base model 2011 Civic. All of the extras will cost the consumer. In fact, having an on board navigation system can set the person back an additional two thousand dollars.
                                   Honda civic 2011
In addition, a buyer can be certain that they are getting top of the line when it comes to comfort, as all models of the 2011 Honda Civic line still have the independent suspension that promises that the car handles and rides as well as any luxury vehicle out there on the market and even the hardest drivers will appreciate the handling of the Civic.
                                   Honda civic 2011
All in all, Honda Civic has kept with what people expect from the Civic with the 2011 models. They are priced reasonably and competitive with other cars that are in the same category, and give buyers the options to have all those extras that sets the Civic apart from the other manufacturers out there and making it what once again one of the best smaller car on the market.

Honda civic

Honda civic
The Civic is Honda’s compact car that is offered in sedan and coupe versions. First introduced as a small, inexpensive hatchback in 1972, the Civic has increased in size during its lifetime while continuing to offer excellent fuel economy. The 2010 Honda Civic ranks 2 out of 29 Affordable Small Cars. This ranking is based on our analysis of 76 published reviews and test drives of the Honda Civic, and our analysis of reliability and safety data. Reviewers agree that the 2010 Honda Civic is a winning combination of substance and style that has deservedly staked its claim as a class leader. It is one of the most reliable, fuel efficient and solid-performing vehicles in the affordable small car class. The seventh-generation Civic arrived as a 2001 model and the Civic Si returned for 2002. The Civic Hybrid was added as a 2003 model and features gas-electric hybrid technology. The Civic isn't flawless. Despite its great performance, excellent fuel economy and impressive list of features, it lags behind certain class competitors when it comes to interior comfort and cargo capacity. For example, the Honda Fit (which costs about $500 less than the base Civic) is well worth a look for those in need of more cargo space.
